Company Information

River Region Ballet, Inc.'s Junior and Senior Company provide dancers an opportunity to expand their knowledge of dance through a variety of educational and performance opportunities. Company members participate in dance workshops, master classes, educational workshops, and team building activities. The goal is for the dancers to expand upon their knowledge of the world of dance. As such, they will get to see a wide variety of dance styles, learn about resumes, hair, stage makeup, taking care of their bodies and shoes, sewing, and more.


Junior Company is for dancers 10 years old and up and they must dance at a studio of their choice at least 2 hours a week, 1 hour being ballet and/or pointe. Senior Company is for 13 years old and up and they must dance at least 3 hours a week at a studio of their choice, 1 being ballet and/or pointe.

RRB, Inc. recently hosted workshops for Junior and Senior Company members with Professional Ballet Coach & Master Teacher Mme Peff Modelski. This workshop is just one of the many opportunities that is provided to Company members to help them increase both their knowledge and skill.


Company dancers participate in Barre workshop

Members of the River Region Ballet Junior & Senior Company recently participated in a fun and educational Barre workshop. "Barre" is an exercise technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates, with a focus on on low-impact, high-intensity movements that help develop strength and flexibility. Danielle Triche, personal trainer and life coach, presented the workshop and noted that company members "brought grace and life to the moves, making them appear effortless. It really was a joy to see them work so diligent under my direction."
